Paul Wesley is a multi-award winning actor, producer, and director. Most well-known for playing the role of Paul in The Vampire Diaries. He has been recognized with numerous nominations and awards for his role in this TV show, which include Teen Choice Awards. Wesley was raised in New Brunswick New Jersey, United States. During his high school years he showed an interest for acting. Rutgers University was his next destination. He dropped out after realizing what he was capable of acting. The popular American TV soap Another World was his first TV part. He played the lead in Wolf Lake, a CBS TV show two years after. In the following year, when he landed the character Stefan Salvatore for the American hit TV program The Vampire Diaries, his career was transformed. He also has directed several episodes of the television series. After his first appearance in the movie The Last Run he has appeared in several popular movies. His recent appearances as an actor Mothers and Daughters and The Late Bloomer included supporting role. Also, he is fairly popular via social media. He has over 13 million Instagram followers as well as 4.1 millions Twitter followers.
